Welcome to the ISCC System
The ISCC System has been approved by the German Authority BLE as first Certification System for sustainable Biomass and Bioenergies following the German Biokraftstoff-Nachhaltigkeitsverordnung (Biokraft-NachV).
ISCC is an international certification system for Biomasses and Bioenergies describing the rules and procedures for certification. ISCC does not issue certifications. This is the work of Certification Bodies (CB's). CB's approved by the BLE and co-operating with ISCC are listed in the ISCC Database. These pages inform companies and CB's about all that is important for certification based on ISCC.
The ISCC System is operational and still under development. We inform you very timely. You may use the RSS-feed to be updated on every new information on the ISCC website. Please help us by sending your feedback and recommendations.
The ISCC certification system is supported by the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agricultre and Consumer Protection via the Agency for Renewable Resources (FNR).↵
