Minutes of the meetings of ISCC Association

General Assembly 2011

The General Assembly which took place in Brussels on February 8th, 2011 was chaired by Gernot Klepper, Institut für Weltwirtschaft, Kiel.
25 of 42 ISCC members were present at the General Assembly.
Gernot Klepper gave an overview of the ISCC activities in the past year.
It was reported that Klaus-Dieter Schumacher did resign in 2010 as the chair of the ISCC board and Martina Fleckenstein took over the interim chair.
Five board meetings took place and two Technical Committees have been established in 2010.
It was decided to cut the ISCC membership fees for 2011 by 50% and to adjust some clauses in the ISCC statutes for better administrative purposes.
Ian Pinner from ADM was elected as new board member.
The next General Assembly will take place in 12 months in February 2012.
