Our Logos

Our certification system helps make supply chains more sustainable and transparent. Companies can show that the alternative materials they use comply with our requirements through ISCC logos and claims. And consumers will find those on more and more products.

Want to know what the different ISCC logos mean and where you might see them? Here, we explain the ISCC logos and claims and what they stand for. Whether on a product or in brand communications, we make sure ISCC logos and claims are clear, credible, and easy to understand.

Understanding our Logos

On-Product Logos

Our on-product logos and accompanying claims include:

  1. The icon in the middle of our on-product logo indicates the raw material category. The magnifying glass will show either circulating arrows (circular material), circulating leaves (bio-circular material) or a seedling (bio material).
  2. The amount of the certified share.
  3. The chosen chain-of-custody option.
  4. The certified product component.

Corporate Logo

Our corporate logo can be used by ISCC System Users holding a valid certificate, valid licensees, members of the ISCC Association and Certification Bodies. It may be used for all off-product applications, e.g. on marketing materials, websites, sustainability reports, sustainability declarations, and corporate materials, but never on products.

Seals

Our seals can only be used by Certification Bodies on ISCC certificates and by ISCC itself. The seals are not allowed to be used anywhere or by anyone else.

Where You’ll See the ISCC On-Product Logo

As environmental awareness grows, we are all increasingly interested in the impact of the products we buy. ISCC on-product logos and verified environmental claims help consumers make informed choices.

When shopping, you will find them on products in the supermarket or online. From food and packaging to items such as baby bottles, toothbrushes, clothing, children’s toys, pens, toiletries, and kitchen utensils, ISCC certification applies to many everyday products. The ISCC on-product logos refer to the content or packaging.
