CORSIA Reporting for the Calendar Year 2025
Under International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) requirements, every sustainability certification scheme must submit an annual report. This report details the certified products handled by each ISCC CORSIA (PLUS) system user during the previous calendar year.
The report must contain information on the certified products handled by each System User under CORSIA during the previous calendar year. To fulfil this reporting obligation, ISCC will collect the necessary data from all System Users who held CORSIA or CORSIA PLUS certification at any point in 2025. The information submitted must be accurate, complete, and provided within the specified deadline.
Reporting Form
The form you will find at the top of the page applies to every economic operator certified under CORSIA or CORSIA PLUS during 2025, regardless of their scope(s). Please ensure to enter information based on the instructions detailed within the form.
- Every economic operator handling final CORSIA Eligible Fuels (CEF) (e.g. from CEF producer to each certified downstream economic operator, including but not limited to, final CEF producers, blenders and downstream traders). Must download the excel template, fill it out and upload the document at the end of the form.
- In the excel template, please only indicate products that you handled (e.g. processed, stored, and/or traded) under CORSIA in the calendar year 2025.
Note: ISCC requires the report for all products handled during the 2025 calendar year, even if your CORSIA certificate remains valid into 2026. Any volumes handled in 2026 will be included in the 2026 report, which will be submitted to ICAO in 2027
If no volumes have been handled in the calendar year 2025, please indicate it at the end of the form. In this case, you are not required to upload the excel template.
CEF Batches Excel Template
In the excel template, each row represents one batch of CEF. If your company managed multiple batches, please list each one in a separate row.
If multiple sites or legal entities held CORSIA certification in 2025, you must submit a separate form and template for each location.
For further reporting examples and detailed guidance, refer to the instructions provided within the excel file.
What Happens Next?
Once ISCC has processed your submitted information, you will receive an email containing confirmation that you have complied with the CORSIA reporting obligation for the calendar year 2025 for the indicated registration.
Important: You must retain the confirmation email you received from ISCC, as you are required to provide it to your certification body during subsequent recertification audits. If you have not fulfilled the reporting obligation, and if you cannot present the confirmation email to your certification body, this will be marked as a non-conformity, and no new CORSIA certificate can be issued until this non-conformity has been resolved.
- ISCC will treat all company-specific data with utmost confidentiality.
- ISCC will mark all received information as confidential in its report to ICAO.
- In no circumstance will confidential information provided by the System User be made public.
