Welcome to the Waste, Residues, and Advanced Low Carbon Fuels Stakeholder Committee. ISCC recognises the importance of utilising waste and residues to produce low-carbon fuels. This committee brings together stakeholders to collaborate on sustainability certification and innovative solutions in this crucial area. Join us in driving the transition towards cleaner and more sustainable fuels.


4th Technical Stakeholder Meeting – Waste, Residues and Advanced Low Carbon Fuels

23 September 2021, Virtual Meeting

Around 300 participants joined the virtual meeting of the Stakeholder Committee – Waste, Residues and Advanced Low Carbon Fuels. The meeting focused on the implementation of the RED II and the draft Implementing Act that was recently published by the European Commission. The implications of this legislative framework and the perspectives from ISCC, national authorities and industry were actively discussed. In addition, the certification of CORSIA sustainable aviation fuels and the updated certification guidance for waste and residues from palm oil mills were presented. Last but not least, a new Co-Chair Asia was elected for the Technical Committee. We welcome Ms Foo Siew Theng to this position.
