Logos and Claims Process
Are you a certified System User, a licensed brand owner, or – even better – both? You can apply to use our on-product logos and claims. Please allow sufficient time for the process. To get started, follow the steps below.
1. Obtain a Certificate or Licence
Only ISCC-certified or licensed companies are authorised to use ISCC-related communicational materials. If you are not yet certified or licensed, check out our certification and licensing process to get started.
2. Review our Guidelines
Familiarise yourself with the ISCC 208 document to ensure your materials align with our communication standards.
ISCC Document 208 “Logos and Claims (v1.3)”
The purpose of this document is to protect ISCC’s integrity by ensuring that ISCC logos and ISCC claims are used consistently, accurately and in an understandable manner. With this document, ISCC intends to support businesses, organisations, and project partners in making credible claims and developing marketing and communications materials that promote their commitment to sourcing alternative materials.
3. Submit your Application
4. ISCC Review
We will review your application and may request additional information or provide feedback on your materials.
5. Implement Feedback
Revise your materials based on our feedback and resubmit them for a final review.
6. ISCC Approval
Once approved, display your ISCC-related materials. You need to notify us of any future updates or changes.
If you still have questions about using our logos or need more guidance for your ISCC claims, please feel free to contact us.
