At cultivation level, how should organic fertilizer be accounted for?

Organic fertilizers can apply at two stages in the emission calculation formula

1) Emissions from the extraction or cultivation of raw materials (e_ec). As we here refer to total field emissions of all fertilizers (including synthetic, organic and crop residues).
2) Dependent on the measure and relevant other conditions (e.g.starting date of measure implementation), there could be option to account for emissions savings from soil carbon accumulation via improved agricultural management (e_sca).
