Working at ISCC

ISCC is one of the world’s leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. More than 7,000 companies in over 100 countries worldwide use the ISCC System.

The ISCC System covers all sustainable feedstocks, including agricultural and forestry biomass, circular materials and renewables. As a no-deforestation standard with a strong commitment to protecting forests, high-carbon stock lands and biodiversity, we strive for a world where biomass and other raw materials are produced in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.

Since we started out in 2010, ISCC has grown exponentially due to global developments in sustainability regulation and consumer expectations.

We are looking for talented professionals to join us from economics, law, biochemistry, agricultural science, media, and more fields. Our ideal candidates are people who are adaptable, good problem solvers, have a great sense of responsibility for their work, and know how to take initiative.

If you feel we are a good fit, we look forward to reading your application!

Our Vacancies

Application Process

Screening

We know you have taken great care with your application and we will match that effort. Each application will be evaluated thoroughly by our qualified people management staff. The screening process usually takes one week, but during busy periods this may take longer.

First interview

The next step will be the first interview where we’ll have a chance to get to know each other and compare expectations. Your first interview will be held online and take about one hour. This will not include any assignments or tests that would require preparation. You will receive feedback on this interview within one week.

Aptitude test

Depending on the role, we will then send you an aptitude test that will require a maximum of two hours of your time. This test will give you a good idea about what to expect in your daily tasks. It will be professionally evaluated with a meaningful and transparent result communicated to you within one week.

Technical interview

Depending on the role, you will also have the chance to talk to the team lead in a technical interview. This is where you can engage in an expert discussion and find out in detail if the role matches your skills as well as your requirements. The technical interview will also be held online and take about one hour. You will receive the feedback on this interview within three days.

Final interview

The last step is an online interview with our management. Here both parties will have another chance to assess the cultural fit and clarify all details we both need for the final decision.
